Step by Step Process of Selling Your Property
1 - Schedule a Meeting
In this first consultation meeting we will discuss your goals, timelines, and the whole process in detail. The key of this first meeting is to set expectations, layout a timeline of the whole process so you are never lost and answer any other questions you might have.
2 - Determine Property Price
We'll give you an estimation of your property price based on our local knowledge and by doing an overall Comparative Market Analysis.
A few things we do to accurately price a property are:
-

Comparative Market Analysis: By comparing your home with similar homes in and around the area is what helps us determine an accurate and fair price.
 -

Accurate Pricing: We'll figure out a perfect price based on your homes condition along with a CMA to accurately define price and ensure it gets sold for maximum profits.

3 - Take Professional Photos & Videos
Before we start marketing your property we need to take professional photos & videos. Our team will take care of this so you don't worry about it, we'll also set up your home properly to make sure it is presentable for photo & video sessions.
4 - Prepare Documentation for Listing
Paperwork can be tedious, which is why in our selling service we deal with this aspect of the process so you don't stress over it.
-

The appraisal step involves an independent, third-party evaluation of your home’s market value. It’s usually required by the buyer’s mortgage lender to confirm that the property’s value supports the loan amount.
